What is The Role We are looking for a top-tier, people-first executive to join Elastic as Vice President of Growth and Experience Marketing . In this highly visible leadership role, you will lead and scale a team across four strategic functions-field marketing, partner marketing, global events, and industry go-to-market. This is a key leadership position where you'll craft how Elastic shows up, drives pipeline and expansion, and builds strategic alliances. You'll report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and serve as a core member of the marketing leadership team. We work as distributed team, and you'll play a meaningful role in aligning with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Alliances to drive performance across the customer lifecycle. What You Will Be Doing Global Field Marketing Strategy & Leadership Lead a high-performing global regional marketing organization aligned with sales priorities across AMER, EMEA, and APJ. Set a clear vision and empower the team to deliver localized, coordinated GTM plans that drive pipeline, expansion, and retention. Build positive relationships with regional sales and operations leaders to align field programs with territory strategy and quarterly revenue goals. We believe in data-backed decisions-you'll drive the adoption of tools, frameworks, and performance critical metrics to optimize impact and scale. Partner Marketing & Ecosystem Engagement Provide executive oversight for the global partner marketing function, encompassing hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), ISV, GSI, and marketplace relationships. Work closely with Partner and Alliances leadership to align joint value propositions and co-marketing initiatives with Elastic's growth objectives. We win through partnerships-you'll lead the team to deliver scalable, high-impact programs that extend our reach and amplify our presence. Global Events & Executive Experiences Own the vision and execution strategy for global events portfolio-including ElasticON Tour, executive briefings, and participation in premier industry events. Lead the team to build memorable, brand-defining experiences that showcase Elastic's innovation and deepen customer relationships. We move fast and expect impact-your leadership will ensure each event is purposeful, customer focused, and ROI-positive. Industry & Segment-Based Field GTM Provide strategic leadership for Elastic's industry GTM programs focused on high-priority verticals including Public Sector, Financial Services, Healthcare, and more. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing partners to craft targeted messaging, content, and experiences tailored to each vertical's needs. Ensure strong alignment between field and industry GTM leaders to drive relevance and differentiation in the market. What You Bring 15+ years of marketing leadership experience, including leading global, multi-functional teams across field, partner, events, or customer marketing. Consistent track record of building high-performing, inclusive teams and mentoring future leaders. Executive-level experience supporting both product-led growth and sophisticated enterprise sales motions in global SaaS or cloud-native environments. Deep understanding of modern B2B GTM strategies and the enterprise technology landscape. Strong cross-functional influence-you've partnered with Sales, Alliances, Product, and Customer Success to drive aligned outcomes. Operational rigor and budget accountability-you set clear goals, track performance, and lead with transparency. High velocity, high accountability, high impact-this is how we work at Elastic!
