Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is looking a Kronos Admin supporting the internal timekeeping and attendance Kronos Workforce Central System. This person will primarily be supporting multiple configurations, such as sick time, over time, and accrual policies. This person will be maintaining the existing system, ensuring no technical or configuration issues arise. Other responsibilities include: System Administration and Maintenance

  • Configure, manage, and maintain the Kronos Workforce Central system, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Attendance modules.
  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades in collaboration with IT teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to ensure minimal downtime.
Configuration and Customization
  • Customize system workflows, rules, and settings to meet organizational policies and compliance requirements.
  • Configure pay rules, accruals, and attendance policies to align with business needs.
Integration and Collaboration
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT departments to ensure seamless integration with other business systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS, Payroll).
  • Monitor system interfaces for errors and ensure data integrity between systems.
Compliance and Reporting · Ensure the system complies with labor laws, company policies, and union agreements. Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
