Current Job Opening: Kronos System Administrator Location: Dallas, TX Corporate Office Overview: Trinity Corporate IT seeks a talented team player for the role of Kronos System Administrator . This position supports the full application lifecycle and operational performance of the UKG Pro Workforce Management suite across Trinity Industries' US, MX, and CAN locations. Responsibilities include: Managing system configurations, enhancements, and support for UKG Pro WFM Providing tier 2 support for system issues, coordinating resolution efforts Leading project activities related to system implementation, upgrades, and support Collaborating with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to optimize workflows and system use Qualifications: Bachelors degree or 5+ years of relevant experience At least 2 years of hands-on Kronos Workforce Central configuration and administration Experience with Kronos Workforce Pro and related modules Strong communication skills and experience with system lifecycle management Preferred: Experience with cloud deployments of UKG Pro, manufacturing workforce, and external consulting EOE Statement Trinity Industries is an equal employment opportunity employer, considering candidates without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
