What You'll Do as a Junior Recruiter: As a Junior Recruiter, you'll develop the skills needed to excel in talent acquisition while playing a critical role in our recruitment process. Responsibilities include: Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, ATS platforms, and social media to identify qualified candidates. Talent Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates and communicate opportunities effectively. Screening: Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit for roles. Performance Excellence: Consistently achieve KPIs in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Collaboration: Work closely with mid-level and senior recruiters to support client hiring needs. Learning and Development: Continuously develop your recruiting skills through mentorship and training. Administrative Support: Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and coordinate interview schedules. What We're Looking For: We're seeking enthusiastic, coachable individuals ready to grow in the recruiting field. Required Qualifications: Education/Experience: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Entry-level candidates are welcome! Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Tech Savviness: Comfortable using Microsoft Teams, ATS platforms, and other digital tools. Drive to Succeed: A proactive attitude and a passion for learning. Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles is a plus. Familiarity with recruiting tools or sourcing strategies is helpful but not required.
