About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key player in pioneering the growth marketing motion, shaping the company's culture, and driving supercharged growth. This role is pivotal in the company's mission to redefine customer-business interactions and will involve taking ownership of existing marketing channels, improving their performance, and experimenting with new growth levers. The Head of Growth Marketing will be responsible for driving awareness, generating inbound leads, and supporting the sales team in an ABM motion, with a focus on top accounts. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in a growth or acquisition marketing role, be metrics-driven, and possess an experimental mindset. Applicants for the Head of Growth Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on new customer acquisition and adoption. The role requires excellent technical written communication skills, a metrics-driven approach, and a background in a Series A or Series B startup. The candidate will be expected to validate new marketing hypotheses, experiment with various channels, and work closely with the sales team to achieve short and long-term account penetration goals. A bonus would be previous experience in field marketing or events.
